Europe and the Immigration Dilema.

Europe and the Immigration Dilema.

None of the best brains in Europe seem to be capable of resolving the ongoing immigration crisis and yet there is a straight forward enough solution to it - but it will cost money and lots of it! The alternative is to do nothing and the costs will become immeasurable both financially and to peace and stability.

First of all, let us analyse some of the main reasons for the waves of illegal immigration attempts taking place: -

If you are born into poverty and have lived in it most of your life but modern communications inform you that there is a land, not so far away which by the standards of your own life, appear like Utopia - would you not strike out to reach it?

If your daily life was comprised of ducking bombs and bullets -would you not reach out to find a land of relative peace and safety?

If your children were dying from disease for which there was no treatment in your country, yet somewhere out there, there were hospitals by the thousand, doctors galore and medicines to cure - would you not fight your way across the sea in anything you could find to deliver your family there?

We in Europe and the greater West sometimes don't know when we are well off but that is a natural extension of the progress made by our countries to eradicate, strife, warfare, disease and malnutrition and we guard it all with jealousy!

That is why we don't want hordes of people of any nationality to swamp our countries. But that is just what is happening now.

The UK has the reputation for being one of the most generous nations on earth when it comes to donating to disasters and other countries play their parts also but that is just crisis management for a short period. Notably, there is little but hostility being shown towards even legal migrants into the UK now.

What we are now seeing will not ebb away and will not stop however many battleships are parked in the Mediterranean or how high we build fences in Bulgaria.

There is a real danger that if we fail to respond correctly to this ever growing need the swamping that everyone is worried about and forecasting will become a very quick reality. The poverty of Africa and other underprivileged nations will simply be transferred to all European countries - almost overnight. Just try adding 20 million extra people (all unemployed) to the economies of the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Norway, Sweden and the rest - it will not work and all will become destitute!

Europe must take the lead on this and adopt a totally different strategy. Firstly we need an urgent and purposeful conference between the EU and the African States who are haemorrhaging the most people. At such a conference the EU should set out a programme of unparalleled assistance the likes of which has never been seen.

The Leaders of the African countries under consideration must accept that money will not under any circumstances be paid into those governments or leaders but will be spent by  EU representatives to set up very large zones in their countries in which industry, agriculture, home building, education, training, science and healthcare will be set up.

Would-be immigrants to Europe would be encouraged to be installed in these zones to enable them to develop skills and earnings capabilities and entry in Europe refused. They should become the builders of economic housing units within their zones they should eventually become the doctors and nurses to take care of the health of the people in their zones and the teachers to provide education to their children and others.

As these zones prosper and prosper they must the governments of these countries should be enabled to employ gentle taxation to those earning decent wages. This should act as an encouragement to the governments to allow unfettered access to EU boots on the ground to guide and steer these zones to success and defence support from rebels, gangsters and general criminals.

Great care should be taken to ensure that no terrorist organisations enter or influence the workings or safety of these zones.

On this particular note the writer voices his concern about the potential of large numbers of ISIS terrorists worming their way into Europe by pretending to be immigrants as the situation sits.

Please follow the attached link to the petition to be sent to the President of the EU and if you agree with it, please sign up to it for free and pass it on to as many people as you can.

Thank you for your opinion. However, the UK is far from being oppressed by the EU. We are one of the leaders not followers.

This proposal is in my opinion a clear breach of EU law.
